FAQ
I need a simple website to advertise my business. How much will it cost?
The cost is wholly dependent on how much time it takes to create. Most sites with no advanced functionality can be developed fairly quickly, and require little or no maintenance. In these cases, we can often build the entire site for around $300. Adding more advanced functionality takes more time, and usually costs more, depending on your needs.
Another thing to keep in mind is hosting costs. Hosting typically costs around $100 / year, plus $10 / year for a domain name. We can usually get new customers a discount for the first year on hosting costs.
We spend 8 hours a week on payroll. There has to be a better way to do this. What can you do to help?
We specialize in helping businesses find ways to save employee time.
We believe that using software built on a Web platform is the fastest, most robust, and cheapest way for businesses to automate, track, and organize operations. Imagine what you can accomplish at the same operating costs when 8 hours per week on payroll is slashed down to 1 hour or less. 7 hours per week x 52 weeks per year = 364 hours a year.
The sooner you start, the sooner you can start cutting operating costs. It won't take months or years to start seeing return on investment. It will take weeks - and in some cases, days.
I'd like to start selling my products online. How much does it cost to build a shopping cart into my website?
Probably a whole lot cheaper than you think. There are several free and low cost software packages that we can easily install and make adjustments to according to your needs.
Most people just need a quick install and a little design work. Other times, customers need a more customized solution. We have the skills and resources to accomplish both.
I had some other company build me a website. They charged me a fortune, and it's a mess. Can you clean it up or fix it?
Of course. Keep in mind though, that frequently when we run across poorly designed sites, we find it faster and easier to rewrite it from scratch than to try and maintain it as is.
While this may sound and feel like you're paying for the same thing twice, from a development point of view, this isn't always the case. Rewriting a website that already has a clear vision of the end product can be accomplished must faster and easier than developing a site from the ground up and having to make design considerations along the way.
I need a better way to organize my customers than an Excel spreadsheet.
Yes, you most certainly do!
There are a number of options, including finding and implementing an enterprise solution, but most companies feel a little more comfortable with a system they have a little more control over, and is tailored to fit their business.
Every business is different, and every business that needs a CRM has their own reasons for maintaining customer data. We can help you come up with a solution to fit your precise need.
